OUR SPRING ZOOM RECITAL DATES & DETAILS FOR 2024

Our Spring Zoom Recital Events are scheduled for 4 Sundays - all at 3pm.

The dates are 4/28, 5/5, 5/12 & 5/19.

We are also pleased to announce that we are also adding an in-person recital event to the mix this spring season.

We will be offering a "double program"

with 2 separate performance recitals being held at 4pm & 6pm respectively

and are excited to share the details regarding this during the check-in conversation that you

can schedule with Kathy in response to the text you will have received no later than Wednesday 3/13/24

from her private cell #...

This same venue was used by Scott and his late wife Harlene for entire recitals seasons (sometimes requiring as many as 5 double programs when there were upwards of 200 and 300 enrolled students) from the spring recitals season of 2000 up through the spring recital season of 2017.

Light refreshments will be served in the spacious lobby area after each program.

This beautiful venue features plenty of seating, vaulted ceilings, long windows overlooking

a wooded setting, a comfortable indoor climate and a routinely tuned

Grand Piano that is at floor level...

As far as the remote recital events are concerned, the "Zoom Room" will be opened up approximately 15 minutes before starting time on each date.

Participation is strongly encouraged for each and every one of our students including beginners...

The e-mails that have been sent (and will continue to be sent to our newest students) as well as the January and (upcoming) March newsletters contain the details which are summarized below:

You may choose whichever date works best for your family.

No password, invite or e-mail link is necessary to connect to these events.

Newer students who have never participated in a recital are cordially invited to connect to one of the earlier dates to help them either make a decision about participating in one of the other then still remaining dates, or at the very least, to feel more relaxed and confident and (hopefully) eager to participate in a future recital - even if it is not until the following Spring Recital Season.

All students are given a personalized introduction and will receive the full support of their families, friends, instructors - and of course 

Scott(y) & Kathy (& Tony).

The current subscription allows up to 100 unique connections to these events, & when Kathy makes contact with your family - beginning in late February / early March - she will make note of your plans for inviting others family members and friends to encourage and support the student(s) in your home in their Special Day...

...and don't worry - if you make any mistakes or even end up getting very nervous - ALL of us understand!!

We want this to be your day to SHINE and to CELEBRATE his or her growing musicianship in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.

What is important is that each student GIVE IT THEIR ALL

and students can grow from the experience of playing for an audience because even though it may be a little nerve-wracking for some - maybe even unexpectedly - we will preserve and more strongly reinstate the tradition of blowing bubbles to not only help students to relax more, but to create a more festive and celebratory atmosphere during the course of 

the recital events....

Recital Certificates (after the events)

Nicely laminated recital programs which list the date and time of the performance, a list of the participating students and the piece(s) that each of them will be performing on their Special Day...

Tony can also deliver these as well to our more local staff

And based on your location and preference we can always also

just e-mail you the programs ahead of time as well or instead...

As needed, Kathy & Scott will be happy to e-mail these to your intended guests a bit ahead of time...
